The NLC Humanities Blog

This is my humanities blog for the Northern Learning Centre (NLC). The NLC is a project-based learning choice program for Grade 9 students in Prince George, BC. Project-based learning (PBL) uses projects as the primary avenue for student learning. I love teaching with PBL because I feel it empowers students, offers "real-world" applications for learning, and provides avenues for students to enrich their learning in unique ways. On this blog I will post class notes, updates, lesson plans and other things of relevance to NLC humanities.
